Happy Early Valentines Day to all of you!

I always heard growing up from all of these couples and even singles too.. that Valentines Day is just another day to them. Most definitely not denying it's just another day and that we should show our love and affection to our loved ones and spouses every single day instead of just on this specific day. Unfortunately, sometimes it's impossible to show your love to your spouses/significant others, family, and furbabies when you are constantly working or busy with dealing with life 24/7. Which is where this day comes in handy to show your love and appreciation to those you love with all of your heart! You get to make reservations at your favorite fancy restaurant, dress up elegantly, and dedicate your time with your spouse/family without any distractions.
Fellas and Ladies: Here are some ideas to make Valentines Day a memorable day that I believe everyone should at least experience once in their lifetime.... if possible and of course if time and money permits.
Idea 1 ; Candle Lit Dinner Home Edition
Such an easy and cost effective idea to those on a budget!
Head to the grocery store and pick out your favorite dish.. the usual Spaghetti, Steak with Mashed Potatoes or Green Beans, etc. Don't forget the Chocolate covered strawberries! Haha.. jk.
Any who, you make the dish, you then set up the table with candles and lower the lights, add a little of rose petals that lead to the table (which you can get at the dollar store by the way), add some low romantic music that can be heard in the background, and just engage in conversation with no phones or distractions of any kind.
It can also be way more simpler than this. Order in Pizza and Salad can be made if time is an issue. Remember it's the effort that matters, nothing else other than you tried.
Idea 2 ; Fancy Restaurant with a TWIST Edition
This can be somewhat expensive but if you all never go out this is something you all should do once at least
Try the most fancy restaurant in your city. (I know, I'm crazy.. lol but I'm not). Make sure to call to make your reservation but make sure to have the restaurant decorate the table with Valentines décor or head over there before dinner to add your décor to the table. Such as, flowers for your significant other, balloons, and a gift (jewelry)!!! It feels good to go above and beyond once every year for that person that you love and want to show the world. It feels good to dress up and get wined and dined huh? Order appetizers with some wine to talk about you all's day. Order your entrées and once it comes out take a toast of enjoying life with one another. Then order your dessert and enjoy the moment together! As if it were like a movie lol, as they say the Hallmark channel haha..
Idea 3 ; The Getaway Edition
This can go both ways such as cost effective or not.
Cost effective is finding a close cozy cabin and spending it there with Idea 1 or.. going all out and getting a hotel.
The cozy cabin idea could be somewhere secluded where you not only get your privacy with one another but you also get to enjoy nature! This can be something you can bring all your family and furbabies too as well. You can use Idea 1 and then enjoy the outdoors with some smores! It's more of a family friendly idea for you all to partake in.
The hotel idea.. is more romantic and private for you two to enjoy ... once you get the room make sure to ask the front desk for some accommodations! Ask if they can decorate the room with Valentines décor such as rose petals all over the room and especially the bathroom! Add some champagne to the bed with rose petals that you make into a heart shape with their favorite chocolates in the middle. If you want to order room service go for it lol and don't forget the chocolate covered strawberries lol. You all arrive to the hotel and have dinner whether you ordered in or are going to a fancy restaurant. You then get back from dinner and you prep the tub to have a bubble bath for the both of you with some wine and chocolate covered strawberries to enjoy while you engage in conversation with one another. You then spend the entire night with no phones, distractions, and just dedicate your attention to one another.
There are more ideas that can be thrown out there, but I believe those are the ones that I believe are the most romantic and involved in my opinion! If you have any suggestions or want to add to these ideas, please go ahead and add comments!
If all of those ideas are way out of your price range, it's okay to just buy flowers and hand make a note expressing the way you feel about your spouse/family members and ordering or putting some pizza in the oven to enjoy! It can be that simple and all that is going to matter is the thought that counts and the effort that was put in... it's not hard to show your love to who you want to show it too.. I promise.
Don't ever say "Oh man, I don't know what to do" or "Dang, I don't have enough money to do that or this" don't make excuses especially on this day to be able to do something... all it takes is effort. Effort being shown shows you tried. That's all everybody asks from everyone... EFFORT. It shows "they/he/she matter to me"
Happy Valentines folks enjoy this day with your loved ones!!!
