Happy Holidays!! I hope you all had a fun filled Christmas with your families!

I love when the holidays are here because I love baking and making food for my family! This recipe is a family recipe that I learned how to make from a very close friend of mine. This recipe has stuck with me since then and is always a hit!! I only like to make this dessert for Christmas Eve/Christmas since I catagorize it as a holiday treat! But of course this treat can be used for other occasions as well.

I will be showing a step by step process with pictures to make things easier for you all to follow. This recipe I call it is - Dessert Noodles.

Things you will need:

Chow Mein Noodles 5 oz (2)

Vanilla Candy Coating

Baking Sheet Pan - the bigger the better

Parchment Paper

Step 1: Pour out the Noodles into a big bowl.

Step 2: Put the Vanilla Candy Coating in the microwave or the stove to melt. You also can do Chocolate Candy Coating if you don't want to do Vanilla.

Once melted pour the chocolate into the noodles and mix with a spoon until all noodles have been fully covered with the candy coating.

Step 3: Grab a fork and/or spoon to pick up as much as you can of the noodles to make a ball/stack and place on the Baking Sheet. Once you have filled the baking sheet as much as you can, place the baking sheet into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Depending on the size of your balls/stack it can be longer than 30 minutes or less than 30 minutes. I have done 15 minutes with smaller batches and 40 minutes with bigger batches. It will all depend on your batch.

Step 4: Let cool for 2 minutes and ENJOY!

If you try this recipe please post your pictures and leave me yout feedback!
