Hot Corn is a receipe I recieved from a coworker years ago and it stuck in my family. It's such a hit every year when I make it and is the first thing that goes quickly on the dinner table. Please see ingredients and step by step process on how to make Hot Corn.

You will need the following Ingredients:

6 Cans of White Corn

2 Cream Cheese Boxes of 8oz

2 Jalepenos (chopped)

1 lb of Bacon (crumbled)

1 Large White Onion

1/2 Stick of Butter

Salt and Pepper to your liking

Preparation Steps for Hot Corn:

  1. Cut and then Fry the Bacon

  2. Saute the Onion in the Butter

  3. Mix drained White Corn with Cream Cheese, Jalepenos, Bacon, and Onion in a pan

  4. Bake in a Casserole in the oven at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes

ENJOY! - Please let me know what you think of this dish if you do make it.. also send me pictures!

There you have it to all my secrets, lol just kidding!!

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and cook your butts off because I know I am! I wish you all be surrounded by your family and be thankful who you spend it with this year. Please be safe and enjoy these holidays before you have to go back to work!

Every Thanksgiving I look forward to cooking all day with my husband and mother. I love spending time with them and learning new receipes to introduce on Thanksgiving/Christmas. It's the best feeling!

Happy Thanksgiving!!
